The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has adopted the Bill of the aw "On Loan Banks and Loan Banking Activity"

The Bill (Reg.№3433) envisages the determining of the organizational, legal and economic basis for the formation and activity of loan banks and also the state regulation and supervision ion the sphere.

The document consists of the principles and basis of the formation and activity of the voluntary loan banks unions.
